comfortable bed helpful staff
the bed was comfortable in my superior queen room. the staff was very helpful and professional (especially at check-in).
the bathroom taps gave very hot water only, so there was no cool water to drink from them.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Shortcomings
hot water misaligned door
The shower had some issues. It was difficult to adjust the water temperature and it became uncomfortably hot. The shower door was also not properly aligned, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. I'm accustomed to hotels having two sheets on a bed, but this one only provided one and I found that strange.

helpful staff solid fixtures central location
The staff was helpful with directions and local recommendations. My room was very clean with solid fixtures. Service from every person who worked there exceeded my expectations, which I appreciate. I enjoyed the central location a lot.
The air conditioning in my room was not good, and it remained very warm, so sleeping was uncomfortable.

My room included a king-sized bed with premium bedding. The sleep was comfortable. The bathroom had marble countertops and upscale toiletries. In-room amenities featured a minibar stocked with gourmet snacks and beverages. I found it a plus.

The hotel restaurant provided a diverse menu with locally sourced ingredients. Breakfast service included an omelet station and a variety of pastries. Dinner options featured fresh seafood dishes, and ONE waiter was particularly attentive.

The hotel is close to major attractions. This made sightseeing very convenient. Public transportation is easily accessible, which simplifies getting around. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. That's good to know.
